How the PUSH Module Works

Secure Outbound Connection

The StreetWatch PUSH module establishes an outbound 443 TCP connection to the cloud upon startup. This approach is ISP and Firewall friendly, ensuring seamless connectivity.

Encrypted Data Transmission

Enjoy peace of mind with AES 256 encryption over a secure, encrypted tunnel between the camera and the cloud. Both metadata and video streams are fully protected from capture to access through the StreetWatch video/admin portal.

Optimal Performance

The PUSH module is optimized to meet CPU and memory requirements, allowing cameras to run edge analytics without overheating. This ensures efficient and reliable surveillance.

Hassle-free Maintenance

Our PUSH Proxy server generates temporary URLs for edge device Web UI access through the cloud, simplifying maintenance and troubleshooting.

Flexible Control

Lock-in a camera with the option to provide access only through the cloud, enhancing security. Prevent unauthorised tampering and retain control over your surveillance setup.
