This End-User/VAR License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (either an individual or a single entity) and StreetWatch for the use of its Internet-based products and services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Services.

1. Services:
   ‍End Users/VARs must have their own broadband internet connection to access the Services. Your account provides access to the Services for a single internet-enabled instance. If you have multiple accounts, you may receive additional logins (username/password) for each eligible account specified in the subscription.
2. End User/VAR Conduct and Use:
   ‍You are solely responsible for your usage of the Services in compliance with local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree to:

• Not use the Services for illegal or unlawful purposes.
• Not cause loss or service degradation for other users.
• Comply with regulations, policies, and procedures of connected networks.

3. Eligibility for Use of Services:
   ‍End User/VAR must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their State of residence.
4. Safety and Parental Control:
   ‍You are responsible for observing safety measures required by law and exercising discretion.
5. Intellectual Property:
   ‍You may not copy, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or manipulate the Services' technology or modify required devices.
6. Security and Access to Password Protected/Secured Areas:
   ‍Data transmitted between servers and devices is encrypted. However, internet-transmitted data security cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining password and authentication security.
7. Service Interruptions:
   ‍The Services may be unavailable or interrupted for various reasons. We are not responsible for any service interruptions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty:
   ‍The use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability:
   ‍We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to access the Services.
10. Your Risk:
    ‍Your access to and use of the Services is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from your use of the Services.
11. Third Parties:
    ‍Third-party links, services, goods, and content are not controlled by us, and we do not warrant third-party offerings.
12. Fair Usage Policy:
    ‍Fixed Cloud Plans are subject to fair usage policy for bandwidth consumption. Excessive usage may lead to automatic plan switching.
13. Payment Collection and Authorization:
    ‍You authorize us to collect payments for services using the agreed-upon payment method.
14. Late Payment and Non-Payment:
    ‍Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform services.
15. Links to Third Party Sites:
    ‍We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Services.
16. Additional Software/Services:
    ‍This Agreement applies to updates, supplements, add-on components, or Internet-based services provided by StreetWatch.
17. Export Restrictions:
    ‍The product and services are subject to U.S. export jurisdiction.
18. Termination:
    Street Watch may terminate this Agreement for non-compliance.
19. Applicable Law:
    ‍This Agreement is governed by the laws of New York.
20. Entire Agreement:
    ‍This Agreement supersedes all prior communications and forms the entire agreement between you and StreetWatch.
21. Exclusion of All Other Terms:
    ‍To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the guarantee provided above, StreetWatch disclaims all warranties, conditions, and other terms, whether express or implied (whether by statute, common law, collaterally, or otherwise), including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose in relation to the Services.
