It's important to acknowledge that the fire detection add-on is designed primarily to identify larger fires and may not be as effective in detecting smaller sources of fire, such as cigarette lighting or matches. The system requires fires to occupy at least 4%-5% of the image size for reliable detection. Additionally, the smoke detection feature is optimized for opaque smoke and may not be sensitive enough to detect smoke from cigarettes or vaping devices due to their lower opacity.
